THE STORY OF CUCINA

The magic starts with our name “Cucina”, meaning “Kitchen” in Italian, a place where we combine our passion, great respect and love for food, and our experience as one.
 
Opened in 2007, Cucina offers a contemporary lifestyle venue that resonates with a hearty Italian flair. Cucina is completed with a stylish bar as well as a cosy terrace for cigar and after-dinner drinks, or intimate dinners and private parties. Italian wines and unique cocktails complement Cucina’s menu. Furthermore, the spectacular views of the Victoria Harbour skyline add a touch of romance to the vibrant character of this exciting dining concept.

Guest can also enjoy the Light and Sound Show - A Symphony of Lights, showing daily at 8pm. Cucina is one of the best viewing locations for the spectacular show!
 

THE CHEF

Born and raised in Piedmont, Chef de Cuisine Andrea Delzanno crafts exquisite menus using centuries-old traditions of Italian gastronomy with an innovative twist and the finest quality produce. He is renowned for his culinary craft and his creativity in cooking with fresh ingredients. He has established a highly reputable position within the hospitality profession and has garnered several accolades for his culinary craft.
